Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies
  • Manage payroll operations for CMH and Mike Wiegele Heli-Skiing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Lead HRIS administration, including system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and user support
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and employee experience
  • Collaborate with VP, Employee Experience and cross-functional teams to support business growth
  • Ensure alignment with Alterra Mountain Company standards, safety protocols, and operational excellence
  • Analyze metrics and provide insights to optimize total rewards, payroll, and HRIS effectiveness
