Requirements

Expertise in compensation and benefits as a subject matter expert
Ability to lead and administer global total rewards programs, including salary surveys, pay market reviews, salary structures, merit increases, promotions, benefit open enrollment, executive compensation, and variable pay plans
Knowledge of HR and Total Rewards strategy alignment with business objectives
Experience with data analysis, including external market reviews, internal equity, and pay/benefit trends
Understanding of compliance with local, state, federal, and international compensation regulations, including pay equity
Proficiency in developing and maintaining global total rewards policies, guidelines, and procedures
Skills in process improvement for compensation and benefit workflows
Capability to manage special projects such as M&A integrations, global harmonization, and Workday optimization
Strong collaboration and partnership skills with HR teams, stakeholders, vendors, HRBPs, managers, and leadership
Mentoring and technical support abilities for the Total Rewards team

Responsibilities

Lead administration of annual, recurring, and ad hoc global total rewards programs and projects supporting pay philosophy and strategy (e.g., salary surveys, pay reviews, structures, compliance, open enrollment, merit/promotion cycles, communications, executive comp, variable pay)
Develop and maintain global total rewards policies, guidelines, and procedures for consistency and fairness
Evaluate and recommend improvements to global compensation and benefit processes/workflows for efficiency
Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to identify challenges in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent; analyze data to recommend competitive strategies and solutions
Lead special projects like total rewards integration for M&A, global harmonization, or Workday optimization
Serve as compensation and benefits subject matter expert, providing guidance to projects and internal partners; mentor Total Rewards team
Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to understand business needs, talent requirements, and org design; provide total rewards guidance and solutions
Provide advice, ad hoc analysis, support to HRBPs, managers, and leadership on compensation issues; review packages for new hires, promotions, transfers for equity and policy alignment
Ensure compliance with compensation regulations
