Requirements

Bac +5 formation in engineering school, business school, or university
At least 5 years of experience in IT strategy consulting
Experience with digital technologies: mobility, IoT, analytics and big data, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data visualization
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Digital & IT Strategy: Accompany clients in defining IT strategy considering digital opportunities; conduct opportunity studies and business cases (AI, Chatbot, Blockchain, Analytics); define 3-5 year digital roadmaps; evaluate digital maturity of the organization
IT Value Strategy: Identify new value levers for business through technology; set up "Value Realization Office"; restructure IT investment portfolio; optimize supply and demand management
IT Operating Model: Assist clients in evolving IT organization to address technological changes; implement digital organizations like "Digital Factory"; support agile transformation "at Scale"; define sourcing strategy and DevOps strategy
Future Industry: Assist executive teams in defining roadmaps for core operations transformation and new business models generating revenue from innovative, connected products and services; define factory of the future, autonomous vehicle, future of urban mobility
Enterprise Architecture and Application Strategy: Intervene with executives and enterprise architects to define 3-5 year application roadmaps; optimize application portfolio; ensure excellence in enterprise architecture linking IT and business; define target application portfolio, simplify and rationalize application landscape on specific functional domains, define target IT architecture
