Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams is required, as are excellent project management and organizational skills. Bonus qualifications include experience with automotive diagnostics, instructional design, and CAD visualization tools.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Technical Writing will lead and mentor a team of Technical Writers, enhancing documentation standards, templates, and style guides to build a robust framework for content creation and maintenance. This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation supports production readiness, training, and technician effectiveness. Responsibilities include overseeing the review and approval process for compliance with industry standards, managing documentation platforms and workflows to streamline creation and updates, and exploring new tools and AI for optimization. The manager will also provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure team administration and logistics for on-time delivery of critical documentation.
