Minimum 5 years’ experience in tier 1 technical support / engineering roles
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology qualifications desired
ITIL or equivalent desired
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers
Moderate level of regional and state travel is required which includes field site work and customer engagement

Responsibilities

Providing expert engineering support to address technical customer queries across metrology and Sensus portfolio
Supporting the Product & Application Manager in testing new roadmap items / features across the product range
Developing and managing detailed technical responses for tenders
Overseeing end-to-end RMA processes to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction
Triaging and diagnosing metering queries and issues with precision and efficiency
Offering direct, high-quality technical guidance to tier 1 utilities, partners, and distributors
Maintaining and building robust knowledge base articles and best practices
Conducting training programs to enhance technical proficiency for customers and partners
Driving innovation through solution selling that aligns with customer needs and business goals
Leading and delivering exceptional technical support and guidance for customers, partners, and distributors across the Australia and New Zealand region for Sensus metering solutions
Ensuring the seamless operation and optimisation of water metering solutions, including IoT water meters, platforms, and networking, by leveraging advanced technical expertise in metrology and IoT devices
