Requirements

Ability to provide direction, set priorities, and manage performance for Vantive businesses
Knowledge of local and Vantive Corporate procedures and policies for compliance
Capability to ensure service technicians and supervisors have tools, training, and processes
Experience managing new product releases, enhancements, serviceability, training, test equipment, tools, spare parts, manuals, and instructions
Skills to drive deployment of Field Actions (FAs) timely within budget
Ability to drive team to exceed revenue goals through customer service and sales cooperation
Strong relationship-building with commercial leaders, supporting sales as a strategic partner
Proficiency in developing and maintaining customer relationships via regular contact and visits
Willingness to travel to customer sites and support business requirements
Effective collaboration with internal customers and departments
Skills to manage equipment problems and communicate across departments for resolution
Ability to develop and deploy short/long-term Technical Services (TS) strategy for cost savings and profit
Experience standardizing depot and field repair processes
Capability to integrate services with other Service managers
Proficiency in working with Finance on TS budget and forecast processes
Skills to monitor and control KPIs (operational, spare parts, quality, compliance, customer satisfaction)
Embrace new IT tools implementation

Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership and coaching for safe, effective, efficient service delivery to customers in Thailand field and depot locations
Achieve performance metrics in revenue generation, cost containment, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational improvements
Manage cross-functional relationships within Vantive for customer satisfaction
Technical Service management (40%): Set priorities and performance; secure compliance; ensure tools/training/processes for technicians; manage new products/releases; drive Field Actions and revenue goals
Business partnership management (25%): Maintain relationships with commercial leaders and customers; support sales; travel as needed; collaborate internally; resolve equipment issues
Operational Excellence, monitoring, and control (25%): Develop/deploy TS strategy; standardize processes; integrate services; manage budget/forecast with Finance; monitor/control KPIs; implement IT tools
