Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a Master's degree preferred. They should have at least 8 years of progressive experience in corporate tax compliance, with a strong understanding of US and international tax laws and regulations. Experience with transfer pricing and global tax structures is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Corporate Tax and Compliance will maintain a comprehensive global tax calendar, collaborate with external providers on tax filings, manage business and city registration processes, file 1099 and 3921 forms, oversee global and entity-specific tax provisions, optimize tax obligations, improve tax-related processes, and ensure compliance with Indian direct and indirect tax regulations. The role also involves providing tax advisory services, supporting tax audits, supervising and mentoring a team member, and engaging with clients during contracting stages, as well as leading tax-related projects.
