Responsibilities

Develop and drive the Procurement vision for, with, and through the stakeholder community
Develop the vision, strategy, and implementation plan for the assigned Vision Care spend to meet long-range business requirements and deliver maximum value
Leverage market intelligence data and tools to develop in-depth knowledge of the Alcohols & Solvents space and support Market Engagement and Category strategies
Interface directly with CEOs and supplier leadership to ensure alignment with J&J objectives, including quality, reliability, innovation, and cost
Understand operational considerations, identify business demand requirements, and partner with Business Unit Procurement Leaders to deliver annual value improvements and competitive advantage
Engage in strategic planning and partnering with business partners to ensure alignment on long-range requirements
Deliver on financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments
Build and maintain relationships throughout J&J for dynamic dialogue on perspectives critical to optimal Category approaches and solutions
Develop deep supplier relationships, including performance management, development, end-to-end value improvement, and delivery of innovation
Identify, develop, and direct the implementation of Procurement goals and category strategies
