Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence
  • Own acquisition pipeline to proactively expand Headout's distribution network with new strategic partners, prioritizing based on impact to bottom line and brand awareness
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, building mutual trust and providing tools to improve their performance
  • Monitor partner performance and revenue generation; analyze data and trends to develop strategic recommendations for optimization and additional revenue growth
  • Collaborate with regional teams to drive revenue growth, amplify brand presence, and solidify positioning in the experiences industry
  • Define journey strategy, product inputs, and measurement for partnerships (0→1 ownership), then scale successes (1→∞ impact)
  • Build senior relationships and leverage existing network; represent Headout as a key face and voice in industry forums
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build the distribution business
