Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior executives and leaders in strategic accounts to build their business on the Marketplace through strategic account planning, performance analysis, inventory insights, exclusive deals, events, and new product launches
  • Develop strategies with sellers to expand selection, improve offer quality and drive operational improvements across their business
  • Lead annual and quarterly business performance reviews with sellers to drive growth and improvement
  • Oversee business performance, including managing inventory, optimizing pricing, and improving operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion of strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and leaders in strategic accounts to drive business growth and expansion
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sellers and other team members to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Walmart Marketplace business and its customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including e-commerce, digital marketing, and business management
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
