Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences are essential. A proven track record of working collaboratively across departments is required, along with experience in recruiting and developing sales engineers.
The SE Manager will present Snowflake technology to executives and technical contributors, work hands-on with customers throughout the sales cycle, maintain a deep understanding of competitive technologies, collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, recruit and develop new sales engineers, and help evangelize Snowflake within the new market.
