  • Develop and Optimize Embedded and Digital Products: Oversee the development and optimization of software and systems for the Novum IQ Infusion Platform, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory and safety standards for medical devices
  • Drive Agile Development: Champion an Agile development culture within the team, advocating for the benefits of Agile methodologies and promoting the adoption and integration of Agile practices across the software engineering team
  • Lead Software Requirements and Risk Management: Develop and manage software requirements and risk management for software projects, ensuring that software and systems meet clinical and user needs
  • Represent the Team: Represent the systems software engineering team in meetings, presentations, and other communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and Mitigate Technical Risks: Identify technical risks throughout the product development lifecycle and drive cross-functional mitigations to those risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving excellence in software development
  • Coach, Mentor, and Motivate: Effectively coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve outstanding performance, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
