The Manager, Software Engineering will be part of the Production Engineering department, managing the Back-end Foundations team. Jobber exists to help small businesses be successful by providing technology solutions for service delivery. The team’s mission is to support Jobber’s back-end both in flow and in order, enabling Jobber and ecosystem partners to scale through back-end technologies with API components. This role will lead a team of 5 Senior and Staff level engineers, impacting 30 teams connecting the middle layer between Site Reliability and Streaming engineering teams. The role is crucial in supporting Jobber’s growth and technology updates.
