Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of 6-10 engineers owning high-throughput, API-first services. Maintain groomed Jira backlogs for at least three upcoming sprints, set clear sprint goals, and track velocity and burndown. Partner with Product Managers for quarterly planning and prioritization, turning business goals into a measurable roadmap. Champion engineering practices for observability, security, and on-call health, acting as incident commander for production reliability. Influence platform architecture, shape cross-domain integrations, and help set technical direction for the organization.
