Responsibilities

  • Lead the brand content strategy, driving holistic content strategy using trends and customer insights, overseeing brand launches calendar and governance, site functionality (navigation, hierarchy, search, browse), and new product onboarding
  • Tell a story through the site by identifying key brand stories, defining storytelling roadmap, shaping investments, and using functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance brand discovery and loyalty
  • Develop short-term and long-term site merchandising strategy for Food seasonal campaigns and events to achieve business and financial objectives, translating assortment strategy into site strategy and experiences
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and editorial teams to drive campaign strategy, planning, and execution; provide insights on historical performance and customer behavior; execute campaigns within timeframes and quality levels; provide feedback on effectiveness
  • Leverage data, reporting, and analytical insights to set goals, measure success, and refine brand content mix and strategy
  • Monitor site health and performance through analytics and key metrics
  • Become a strategic partner to internal stakeholders by advising, partnering to improve processes, identifying opportunities, scaling best practices and governance, and driving continual assessment and improvement of site direction and execution
  • Operate with excellence by landing fundamentals, creating and scaling efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence, and developing associates to increase capabilities, skills, knowledge, and performance
