Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and/or Tax, preferably from a consulting firm or corporate role
Master of Science degree (or similar) in business, economics, finance, accounting, or international tax law preferred
Very strong analytical abilities
High initiative in maintaining and building client relationships and a network of both internal and external contacts
High level of leadership skills and interest in sharing and developing knowledge within the team
Excellent ability to work in a team environment and lead junior team members in delivering high quality work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
Ability to collaborate with different personality types, both in terms of client contacts and team members

Responsibilities

Drive projects forward
Build client relationships
Collaborate with the wider tax group and the Deloitte network to expand business offering
Drive work independently
Lead more junior team members in delivering solutions to complex projects within restructurings, TP models, defense, and negotiations with tax authorities
Develop and maintain client relationships
Actively contribute to leading and developing junior team members
Lead proposals and marketing initiatives, including client presentations and seminars
