Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Investor Relations will analyze resource deployment and develop partnerships, investments, and acquisition strategies to drive long-term strategic value. They will evaluate business, product, and market opportunities, work with executives on fundraising activities and investor communication, and develop operating and financial models to support business cases. The role involves executing transactions that materially impact the business, identifying acquisition targets, managing negotiations, structuring deals, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory needs. Collaboration with legal, finance, and the CEO’s office is essential for seamless post-acquisition integration.
