Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree; Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics or similar background preferred
Five years of real estate market research or related experience
Good knowledge and thorough understanding of the property markets in Guangzhou and other key cities within the South China region; familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a bonus
Ability to execute commercial projects independently, with successfully carried out commercial projects in the past
Ability to maintain good relationships with developers, listen, facilitate, and provide feedback in a timely manner
3 years of experience managing a sizable team, with strong leadership skills
Strong skills in commercial property positioning tasks, such as overall positioning strategy, client interviews, financial analysis, master plans, etc
Logical thinking and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Provide high quality consulting services including development and market analysis, industry studies, occupier strategy studies, and regional development strategy studies for Chinese and international clients
Assist in the management, development, and marketing of advisory services
Develop skills and experience continuously through study, reading, and training to maintain Advisory Services at the leading edge of real estate consulting
Collaborate and communicate with developers to ensure their needs are fully understood and solved through professional services
Ensure the whole project is well planned, organized, and implemented, including assigning work to subordinates and formulating job planning schedules
Lead the team to discuss and confirm the ideas and layout of the overall project
Lead the team to deliver professional and insightful marketing research, positioning reports, etc
Handle team building and development, and cultivate and manage talents
