Requirements

  • Knowledge of managing Learning Management System (LMS) content
  • Competence in conducting training needs assessments and identifying training gaps/opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Apply adult learning principles and a story-based approach to training initiatives, including creation, implementation, and evaluation of programs
  • Develop training for launch readiness and launch pull-through
  • Create a competitive selling curriculum for new hires and ongoing development of existing sales team
  • Share responsibilities for POA workshop development, new hire training, selling skill curriculums, and other training
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to inspire application of principles
  • Design engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments
  • Lead and manage full lifecycle of assigned training projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and communication plans to meet deadlines and ensure cross-departmental alignment
  • Manage Learning Management System content for new hires and existing representatives
  • Assist in implementing training needs assessments and identifying training initiatives
  • Create, implement, and facilitate compliance training for all sales forces
  • Review and update compliance training as needed
  • Collaborate with compliance and market access teams to identify future training needs
