Good coaching and people management skills

Responsibilities

Supervising the daily operations of Sales Support team
Improving the productivity and efficiency of the team by streamlining workflow and cultivating better team morale
Better managing Sales Support hot-line by resolving complain cases that cannot be handled by the hot-line staff
Up-lifting overall merchant services level by proactively seeking improvement of service quality from support units
Acting as project driver for ad hoc projects and to produce reports for status/result tracking
Management of the external official letter, merchant contract and outsourcing vendor contracts
To lead the business procedure updates by annually to meet compliance
To ensure the daily settlement files achieve Service level Standard (SLSs)
Business support such as repricing program support, Internal / External information posting
