Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Visa Acceptance Solutions products (Digital Accept, In-person Accept, Payment Processing, Transaction Management & Optimization, Fraud Management, Risk Management, Post Transaction Management, Payment Acceptance, Payment Security, Fraud & Risk Services)
  • Ability to develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date product and services knowledge through self-enabled learning, technical testing, investigative exercises, research, and collaboration with global and product teams
  • Experience providing technical pre-sales support, including accompanying sales teams to meetings, giving presentations, product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, discovery phase exercises, and adapting to challenging situations with a sales-oriented approach
  • Capability to deliver client-focused technical consultancy engagements for solution design and technical validation
  • Ability to support handover to Implementation Specialists
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with clients across verticals: Retail, Travel, Digital, Financial, Government & Gaming
  • Skills in providing proposal support for technical sections of RFI and RFP documents
  • Proficiency in writing and developing small internal computer applications for proof-of-concept, product evaluation, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting skills for client issues during presales, supporting prospects, existing clients, and sales team
  • Ability to produce clear and precise documentation based on business and functional requirements
  • Ability to work independently on customer sites

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Visa Acceptance Solutions products through research, testing, self-enabled learning, technical testing, and investigative exercises, functioning as subject matter expert with prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product and services knowledge through knowledge sharing with global teams and collaboration with product teams
  • Provide technical pre-sales support by accompanying CEMEA sales team to meetings with large and complex prospects, including presentations, demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and sales-oriented solutioning
  • Deliver client-focused technical consultancy engagements to agree on solution design and validate implementation feasibility
  • Support handover to Implementation Specialists for efficient implementation
  • Engage, support, and collaborate with prospective clients across Retail, Travel, Digital, Financial, Government & Gaming verticals
  • Provide proposal support to CEMEA sales team for technical sections of RFI and RFP documents
  • Write and develop small internal computer applications for proof-of-concept, product evaluation, and troubleshooting client issues
  • Troubleshoot client issues supporting Visa Acceptance Solutions prospects, existing clients, and CEMEA sales team during presales
  • Produce clear and precise documentation for clients based on business and functional requirements to support implementation
  • Work and service new and existing install base clients in the CEMEA region for Visa Acceptance Solutions products and services
