Summary

As a Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for developing, training, and hiring highly driven and enthusiastic team members. The Sales Development team serves as the initial point of contact for prospective Deel customers and is crucial to Deel's success. You will manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and hire for a rapidly growing team of talented sales development representatives.
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership regularly.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives.
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales or sales leadership role.
  • Experience working at a high-growth tech company selling into mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Highly proficient in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices.
  • Experience in scaling an SDR team, including considerations for career paths, compensation plans, and team segmentation.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire SDRs to achieve high performance.
  • Native/Fluent Dutch speaker.
