The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales or sales leadership role, with prior experience at a high-growth tech company selling to mid-market and enterprise clients. Fluency in designing and implementing outbound sales development playbooks, cadences, and best practices is essential, along with the ability to scale an SDR team and develop career paths and compensation plans. Data-driven decision-making and a strong understanding of sales analytics are also required. Native/Fluent Dutch language skills are necessary.
As a Manager, Sales Development, you will develop, train, and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members, driving a high-performance culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals. You will track sales team metrics, report data to senior leadership, identify areas for improvement in processes and productivity, and motivate team members through incentives. Additionally, you will embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement, and make recommendations for improvement.
