Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Development Reps
  • Coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and also increasing cross-sell into existing Enterprise customers
  • Coach and develop reps on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals opportunities
  • Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit + marketing campaigns are being executed on to drive results
  • Partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute on territory plans, run high-impact campaigns and continuously refine our prospecting approach to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding customer base
  • People development, operational excellence, and deliver results
