Required experience includes building and managing high-performing outbound SaaS sales teams, a consistent track record of 100% team attainment, scaling teams and selling complex solutions, increasing efficiency in sales organizations, leadership and coaching skills for SDRs, and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
