Requirements

Candidates must possess a CA qualification and have 15-20 years of experience in GL and Accounting departments, preferably within an SSC/BPO/ITES environment. Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation, team leadership experience, commercial focus with a client service approach, and organizational skills are essential. A flexible attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager - RTR will oversee all GL related activities, including monthly flash reporting, general ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliation review, intercompany mismatch cleanup, fixed asset register management, demergers, media credits, and SOX compliance. This role involves managing and leading teams, conducting weekly progress reviews, escalating team issues, ensuring adherence to company policies, and reviewing team deliverables to improve efficiency and performance.
