Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue strategy & operations, sales strategy, management consulting, or a commercial role in fintech, payments, or technology
  • Highly analytical, with strong data skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the regional commercial team to build a scalable and efficient revenue engine, identifying and executing on strategic opportunities and process improvements
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and strategic projects, setting commercial targets and supporting the achievement of business objectives
  • Build and maintain commercial models, reports, and regular presentations for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Implement data-driven approaches to funnel, pipeline, and customer management, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and drive growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to streamline revenue operations and improve performance
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational and financial models, including revenue forecasting, commission & KPI design, and performance tracking
