Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of proven leadership experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Enterprise SaaS industry, specifically within Customer Success or Renewal roles. They should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically, and be proficient in analyzing data to generate insights.

Responsibilities

As a Renewals Team Leader, you will oversee renewal operations, develop and maintain processes for continuous improvement and consistency, work closely with other Regional Renewal leaders to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing, address obstacles and challenges during the renewal process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, liaise with leadership and the team to adjust strategy on specific renewals as needed, forecast accurately and report renewal pipeline to leadership, build strong cross-functional relationships with teams including Customer Success, Sales, Deal Desk, and Support, ensure communication within and outside the team, lead and coach the team fostering growth and supporting individual development, support the onboarding of new team members and promote continuous learning, drive hiring and manage headcount, and support the overall team’s performance and achievement of targets.
