Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains internal controls to safeguard Company assets
  • Establishes, monitors, and reports on capital and operating expenditures
  • Provides Accounting department with monthly reporting information for financial statement preparation
  • Facilitates the preparation of annual budgets
  • Oversees daily business operations and ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Ensures internal control adherence and provides audit support
  • Manages the financial affairs of the system by implementing and monitoring internal controls
  • Coordinates the preparation of financial plans and reports
  • Conducts studies and makes recommendations to ensure the effective and cost-efficient operation of the Company
  • Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees; provides subject matter guidance to employees
  • Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies; assists in development and meeting of departmental budget
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand Operating Principles and apply them to job performance
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options
