Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Programming skills (Python/R) or experience with analytics/automation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Power Automate
Demonstrated knowledge of one or more operational improvement frameworks, methodologies or toolkits such as Lean, Six Sigma or Business Process Reengineering
Experience in taking risks and learning from failures
Outcome orientation, commitment to continuous improvement with a growth mindset
Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve stay aligned with key business partners

Responsibilities

Provide analytical and process improvement support for quality improvement initiatives across Fidelity Charitable, considering people, process, and technology
Analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources, document processes and issues, offer new and innovative solutions, and implement improvements that deliver business value
Collect and analyze quality and operational control data, synthesize findings, formulate and present recommendations
Produce actionable oversight reporting for leaders
Use standard methodologies to conduct root cause analysis, formulate cogent problem statements, and quantify opportunities
Create process maps to realize significant business results
Develop and revise processes, procedures, presentations, and lessons learned ensuring final deliverables meet standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Assist management in implementing process improvements, developing implementation plans, preparing training materials, monitoring implementation, and recommending refinements
Continuously improve one’s own skills and competencies to become a respected partner across the organization
Develop and maintain relationships to foster alignment, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices
