Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of Process or Project Management experience

  • Proven track record of excellent project management skills, with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage complex roadmaps

  • Ability to manage details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Interest in, and ideally experience with, Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform

  • 4+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront)
  • 6+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
  • 6+ years of Project or Process Management experience
  • Process or Project Management certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management Certification

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end-to-end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
  • Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (e.g., digital, direct mail, statements)
  • Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising as needed to meet changing requirements
  • Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time
