Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of the problem space and key audiences related to Generative AI at Capital One, as well as the landscape of partner teams and related enterprise platforms, by working closely with customers and partners in product, tech, architecture, and risk to inform strategy, prioritization, and requirements definition
  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision through clear and concise presentations, documents, and demos of the product’s developer experience, tailoring approaches to audiences from technical users to internal and customer leadership teams
  • Make difficult trade-off and prioritization decisions by working backwards from a customer need and quantifying the value or strategic benefits of recommendations
  • Build and maintain partnerships with peers, customers, and stakeholders that enable collaboration towards shared goals, leveraging strong influence skills
  • Build partnerships with the world’s best vendors of AI tools and make their capabilities available to Capital One associates
  • Shepherd vendor capabilities from idea to enterprise-scale platform offering by understanding business and user needs, identifying and evaluating best-in-class third-party products, navigating due diligence and onboarding, and integrating vendors into platform experiences
