Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
5+ years of managerial experience in cost accounting or financial control, with leadership exposure, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Advanced SAP knowledge (FI, CO, COPA); knowledge of SAP (MM, SD) is a benefit
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with business warehouses and automation tools is a plus
Strong leadership skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with hands-on execution capability

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Product Costing strategy across EMEA, aligned with corporate goals
Lead and develop a regional Product Costing team, including Product Costing Leads and Product Costing Analysts
Collaborate with the Head of Accounting & Reporting and other senior stakeholders
Oversee monthly Product Costing runs, inventory revaluations, and production variance analysis
Ensure accurate standard cost calculations and master data integrity in SAP
Drive consistency across platforms and legal entities
Maintain robust internal controls in line with SOX and audit requirements
Ensure timely and accurate reporting for US GAAP and local GAAP audits
Act as the key contact for internal and external auditors
Lead Product Costing process improvements and automation initiatives
Champion SAP enhancements and cross-functional collaboration with IT and operations
Monitor KPIs and drive performance across the EMEA entities in multiple countries
Represent the Product Costing function in leadership forums and cross-regional meetings
Provide strategic insights to business units on cost trends and margin analysis
