At least 3 years of people management experience
8+ years’ experience in procurement/sourcing
Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
High level of proficiency in the English language (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Provide daily oversight and management of key projects that support ongoing business functions
Collaborate with internal collaborators, division procurement partners, and category owners to ensure direct materials projects meet expectations
Coordinate pulse surveys to evaluate business and supplier engagement/happiness
Drive project optimization and growth
Devise plans for risk reduction, maintaining business operations, and controlling expenses
Manage supplier performance and relationships, advancing concerns as needed
Engage with partners in progressive strategic evolution and establish rapport
Lead the development and implementation of tools and applications for managing suppliers
Deliver mentorship and guidance to junior sourcing generalists concerning category-specific demands
Manage a team of sourcing professionals
Develop plans for risk reduction, business resilience, and cost control
Engage with suppliers in proactive strategic growth and partnership cultivation
