The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in procurement contract negotiations, preferably within the SaaS industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and fluency in English is essential, with French fluency being a plus. A strong customer service orientation and a desire to improve processes are also key requirements.
This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier contracts, managing contract renewals and terminations in collaboration with the legal department, and ensuring contract compliance. The position also requires collaborating with internal departments to reduce overall spending, establishing and reporting on procurement KPIs, managing a team of two Accounts Payable Accountants, ensuring accurate invoice and expense report processing, leveraging procurement software for efficiency, and assisting with month-end closing activities.
