Responsibilities

  • Develops initiatives and processes for key business functions to drive business goals, objectives, and programs by analyzing data, evaluating key business components, assessing current performance baselines, identifying gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements, evaluating and updating current practices continuously, developing improvement solutions, ensuring processes are simple, executable, and sustainable, consulting with cross-functional teams for alignment, and communicating changes to stakeholders for buy-in
  • Manages process improvement programs by evaluating and determining improvement needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies to simplify processes, providing guidance on company policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring proper controls, tools, and materials for behavior change, partnering with stakeholders for alignment and support, monitoring program performance against metrics, identifying post-implementation issues, and developing resolutions with buy-in
  • Manages global projects by identifying areas of opportunity, determining procedures and guidelines, advising on executing and documenting organizational practices across multiple countries, understanding global trends affecting the business, demonstrating knowledge of industry best practices and Walmart policies, anticipating issues, and recommending sustainable solutions
  • Helps develop strategies, processes, and best practices by conducting modeling and statistical analyses, partnering with cross-functional teams, benchmarking with industry experts, using continuous education and networks, developing assessments of key opportunities, translating technical solutions into business solutions, supporting long-term plans and project timelines, and communicating with and influencing decision-makers and executives
  • Leads the implementation of change initiative projects by leading execution of transformational change and processes, developing implementation plans, assessing organizational readiness for change, managing expectations, adjusting approaches for adoption by business partners and stakeholders, and ensuring timely project management from pilot to implementation for sustainable processes
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction on applying these in business processes and practices
