Responsibilities

  • Build a world-class team: Recruit, coach, and develop Solutions Engineers while fostering a culture of continuous growth and collaboration
  • Drive customer impact: Ensure prospects and customers have an exceptional technical sales experience, while embedding SEs in strategic deals and cross-functional initiatives
  • Translate customer needs into product value: Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to identify trends, escalate feedback, and shape Envoy’s roadmap with real-world insights
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering from a management perspective to help translate customer needs into a better overall product; recognize trends in customer feedback, and escalate issues within Envoy
  • Improve deal outcomes: Actively monitor pipeline health, support deal strategy, and use data-driven insights to proactively address at-risk opportunities
  • Keep Envoy ahead of the competition: Leverage team expertise to position Envoy as the clear choice in the market and close high-impact, strategic accounts
  • Manage pre-sales Solutions Engineering team (US and UK), holding the structure, organization, and strategic execution required to ensure customer happiness while advancing product development and security
  • Prioritize work across the team while supporting each team member's professional development as they grow their technical and customer-facing skill sets
