This role is based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, Michigan, and requires a minimum of 4 days attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly. Applicants should expect some travel to participate in events on behalf of the company.
The role involves leading and managing a team of engineers for engine hardware assembly and component design, championing innovation, communicating cross-functionally, supporting DVP&R execution, leading DFMEA activities, overseeing program milestones, and providing technical feedback.
