Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work with P&C Country Manager and partner with leadership team to design, implement, and enhance people programs for attracting and retaining top talent
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on employer branding, talent sourcing, and acquisition strategy to support business growth
  • Oversee performance management process and create learning pathways for future-ready skills and business excellence
  • Design and review reward programs to engage talent and motivate performance
  • Provide guidance on organizational designs/structures and critical people issues for operational efficiency, business performance, and labor regulatory compliance
  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits planning/administration, and HR documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
  • Support audits by preparing and maintaining documentation and records
  • Maintain up-to-date employee data, HRIS, and reports for audit and reporting requirements
  • Plan, organize, and lead employee engagement initiatives (e.g., monthly activities, festival celebrations, leadership connects, milestone recognition, wellness programs)
  • Drive studio-level programs for motivation, morale, and team bonding aligned with company values
  • Administer employee recognition programs and assess effectiveness/participation
  • Conduct feedback sessions, skip meetings, and check-ins to gather insights and suggest improvements
  • Own studio-level communication initiatives (e.g., leadership messages, event announcements, internal campaigns) ensuring they are timely and engaging
