Responsibilities

  • Hands-on with client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients
  • Works collaboratively with the Department’s Market Analyst Group on client submission for project briefings, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports
  • Prepare and conduct pitches and presentations
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspection for clients
  • Process documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, and the likes
  • Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients
  • Provide updates and feedback with the assistance of our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients’ post-sales support
  • Organize and facilitate various client engagement activities
