The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of regulatory research methodologies and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal and administrative documents. Experience with data analysis and mapping taxonomies is preferred, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
As the Licensing Research Team Lead, you will conduct deep regulatory research to identify licensing requirements for service professionals across various states, counties, and cities, interpret statutes and administrative codes, and make clear decisions when information is ambiguous. You will also serve as a resource for other researchers, review their outputs, and provide guidance and training to the team.
