Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related technical field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of management experience
  • Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA (mandatory)
  • Skills in React, PostGre, Azure, Gradle, GitHub, AI, JavaScript (welcome additions)
  • AI readiness and DevSecOps exposure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with Cloud IaaS/PaaS environments, with preference for Azure experience
  • Strong understanding and experience supporting teams with responsibilities across multiple cybersecurity domains within a cyber engineering department

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise standard scalable and performant solutions
  • Mentor, guide, and manage a team of full stack engineers, fostering growth and professional development
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders, including Program teams, Product Leaders, and Senior Technology Leaders, to align strategies with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
