Requirements
Strong data centric background in MI / Business Excellence / Business Intelligence

Experience with Salesforce dashboards, pipeline management, and CRM behavioural reporting

Responsibilities
Drive visibility, consistency, and understanding of regional sales performance for Enterprise, providing actionable insights and solving productivity/revenue issues
Assist with consolidation of monthly and quarterly Exec MBR/QBR materials, promoting automation and crafting commentary on localised market sales performance/trends
Create purposeful sales pipeline MI (e.g., in Salesforce), consolidate regional views, and develop automated pipeline dashboards, visualisations, and insights on key wins
Coordinate and ensure consistency of standardised sales metrics in global Exec level reports (MBR/QBR/Steerco), refining production flow to reduce effort and increase automation from global data lake
Act as Centre of Excellence for Sales Insights, supporting adoption of behavioural reporting (CRM), pipeline management, and real-time views (e.g., Salesforce dashboards) for trends/insights
Champion 'one view of the truth', innovate ways of working, explore predictive analytics and AI for enhancements
Work closely with Finance to align pipeline MI with actual sales MI, targets, budgets, forecasting, and performance narrative
