  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, brand, or omnichannel marketing; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree
  • A sharp eye for design, a passion for the art & science of retail marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience presenting to internal and external cross-functional and leadership teams
  • Project management experience managing agency partners, vendors and budgets

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute seasonal and 365 storytelling and retail activations in key doors across different channels in Nike Philippines (Nike Stores and multibrand partners)
  • Manage localised retail marketing calendar and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketplace mapping, and help define the roles each retail door and channel plays as we deliver multiple brand stories and programming throughout the season
  • Lead and partner closely with Nike Direct Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners team to influence and reinforce retail concept marketing direction and brand standards for fleet expansion and elevation
  • Create scalable retail brand guidance for local partners to adopt and execute across all retail tiers
  • Champion and reinforce brand standards and excellence to internal and external partners
  • Drive clarity and alignment on retail brand direction and deliverables, seasonal process and requirements with cross-functional teams
  • Together with the SEA&I channel leads, co-manage annual country retail brand and VM budget across different channels to maximize resources and deliver on time
  • Manage the local retail brand and visual merchandising agency team as they execute seasonal and 365 retail marketing plans in country
  • Contribute to regular exchanges with multiple teams across Nike to share ideas, best practices, and learnings
  • Will be part of the marketing leadership team that will drive strategic decisions on marketplace investments across Nike Direct Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners
