Requirements
Ability to counsel, orient, and train managers and supervisors on HR policies
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, state, local, and federal guidelines
Skills in employee relations, including counseling, discipline, and grievance handling
Experience in compensation programs, job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management
Ability to manage direct reports

Responsibilities
Counsel, orient, and train managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of HR policies
Administer HR policies and procedures for all employees
Oversee, handle, and manage employee relations issues; assist with counseling, discipline, and grievances
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for efficient services
Manage direct reports
Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal guidelines to protect the business and employees
Partner with management to align strategic HR goals, policies, and programs with business initiatives
Administer compensation programs and assist in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management
Exercise independent judgment in significant matters
Other duties as assigned, including support for budget planning, process improvements, policy development, and continuous improvement in HR operations
