Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role
  • Extensive experience in IT platform management including Workday, ServiceNow and PowerBI
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of HRIS professionals. Provide technical oversight, coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance and individual growth
  • Collaborate with US counterparts to set team vision and long-term strategic plan. Align deliverables with HR Digital Transformation priorities and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and HR stakeholders to prioritize and manage HRIS projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Lead the configuration and optimization of core HR platforms, including Workday and ServiceNow, to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on functionality, manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, and maintain global security and compliance regulations
  • Manage the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven solutions within our HR ecosystem that improve the user experience, drive efficiency, and unlock valuable insights
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data. Develop and implement scalable data pipelines that support reporting and analytics solutions. Establish and maintain strong data management practices including standardized definitions, metric catalogs, and security roles
  • Oversee the design and development of PowerBI dashboards to deliver critical insights for HR and business leaders. Work closely with the internal team to align on project requirements and maintain consistent design standards
  • Utilize analytical techniques and tools to analyze HR data sets that drive data-informed decision-making. Lead ad-hoc and annual projects leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning, and data visualization capabilities that support talent decisions and improve HR operations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS operations
