  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support Operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience, influence process efficiency, and evolve Support’s role as a value driver.
  • Apply a strategic mindset to how the team operates, continuously seeking ways to optimize performance.
  • Develop team members through coaching, support, and recognition.
