Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance and corporate governance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, FCPA, and anti-bribery laws is essential, as is experience with corporate governance structures and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and manage audits is required.

Responsibilities

The Global Compliance and Corporate Governance Lead will develop, implement, and manage a global compliance program aligned with legal and regulatory standards, monitor compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, oversee compliance audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. They will also establish and maintain corporate governance policies, provide guidance to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, lead board and committee meetings, and ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks. Furthermore, the role involves promoting information security awareness, identifying and reporting security risks, and ensuring data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle.
