Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with payroll experience and 3rd party applications with this product
  • Proven experience serving as a functional lead or principal consultant on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
  • Expertise across all Oracle HCM Cloud modules with expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labour, Fast formulas
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (including C-Level)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication skills with collaboration and teamwork
  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional design activities
  • Configure HCM modules and ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements
  • Advise HR and IT leaders on strategy, process improvements, and HCM roadmap decisions
  • Oversee testing, data quality, issue resolution, and overall project delivery standards
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and facilitate key workshops and design sessions
  • Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing and methodology improvements
  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and identify opportunities for system enhancement
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and oversee end-to-end solution delivery
  • Ensure HCM capabilities align with business objectives and industry best practices
