Requirements

10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with payroll experience and 3rd party applications with this product
Proven experience serving as a functional lead or principal consultant on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Expertise across all Oracle HCM Cloud modules with expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labour, Fast formulas
Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (including C-Level)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Excellent communication skills with collaboration and teamwork
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional design activities
Configure HCM modules and ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements
Advise HR and IT leaders on strategy, process improvements, and HCM roadmap decisions
Oversee testing, data quality, issue resolution, and overall project delivery standards
Present solutions to stakeholders and facilitate key workshops and design sessions
Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing and methodology improvements
Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and identify opportunities for system enhancement
Provide strategic guidance to clients and oversee end-to-end solution delivery
Ensure HCM capabilities align with business objectives and industry best practices
