Responsibilities

  • Oversees and conducts internal investigations of employee relations concerns, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related concerns
  • Provides guidance for investigators on investigation strategy and recommended outcomes
  • Utilizes case management system to ensure proper management and oversight of investigations
  • Provides and manages periodic investigation reporting to relevant senior stakeholders
  • Designs and conducts employee trainings, including investigation and policy trainings
  • Collaborates with Comcast’s Legal Compliance and Security groups to coordinate investigative functions
  • Facilitates employment claims through Comcast’s alternative dispute resolution program
  • Evaluates and processes background check waiver requests, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal standards
  • Serves as the primary compliance resource for escalated cases involving candidates with pending pre-employment background checks
  • Partners with the labor relations and employee engagement teams to develop positive and proactive employee initiatives as needed
  • Reviews employee communications, including those related to compensation, performance management, Employee Resource Groups, and other communications, with an employee relations and HR compliance lens
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
