Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • At least 5 years work experience
  • Ability to travel throughout the EMEA regions without or minimal country restrictions
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Fluent in English (Polish, German and other languages beneficial)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred
  • Experience managing small to medium size teams
  • Capture and transform an idea/concept into business requirements and deliver positive results
  • Comprehend the requirements of stakeholders or partners to bring added value to them
  • PMP, or similar project management certification

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of the EMEA Experience Hub to a modern best-in-class event support, demo strategy execution organization, including re-imagining and implementing new processes
  • Handle technical and logistical aspects of EMEA events and ensure successful execution
  • Work with multiple partner teams in the EMEA region (e.g., Marketing, Domain Experts, Product Management) to coordinate and manage strategic Rockwell Automation or Partner led events
  • Act as the primary contact for EMEA event owner(s) and collaborate with all parties involved to ensure smooth execution from planning through teardown
  • Translate event requirements into work packages for the team, provide guidance on feasibility, and deliver regular status updates to event owners
  • Lead event technical requirements and work with facilities/vendors to manage asset needs and safety requirements
  • Be on-site during execution of flagship events to coordinate alongside peers
  • Execute the regional demo strategy as defined by global teams
  • Collaborate with EMEA product management to translate global plans to fit regional needs
  • Work with global and EMEA product management to achieve regional NPI objectives
  • Drive talent development needs
